Exchange Procedure:

  1. Please place a new order for the correct items.
  2. Please include our EXCHANGE FORM when you return the incorrect items. Please CLICK HERE if you need to download Adobe Acrobat.
  3. Don’t forget to include your exchange form in the package.
  4. You can process an exchange by writing "Exchange" on the packing slip and shipping the item(s) back to us at this address:

Exchange Restrictions:
  • The new order must be for items of equal or greater value.
  • Returns for an exchange must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date.
  • The items being returned must include all of the original packaging and accessories.
  • The items being returned must never be altered in any way or worn except to verify that the size is correct.
  • Any item that shows any sign of use including dirt or stains of any type, evidence of being washed or products that were not properly folded and repackaged like new are not eligible for a refund.
  • Wigs, beards, facial hair, artificial hair, undergarments, socks, stockings, cosmetics, eye lashes, teeth, shoes, boots, masks, party supplies, prosthetics, fangs and fake teeth are only available for a refund if they are in their original unopened factory sealed packaging.
Exchange Information:
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • We recommend sending the items back to us via UPS, FedEx or USPS.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee for exchanges.
  • We will handle your exchange within 1-2 weeks after we receive the original item(s) back. However during the Halloween season this process may take 4-6 weeks.

  • The order is not eligible for a refund if an incorrect address is provided by the customer. Please contact us and we will re-ship the order to the correct address however the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.
  • The order is not eligible for a refund if the item is not received on time due to a customer error or shipments that are delayed due to causes/weather beyond our control.
